DSA EDUCATION FOR LIFE AWARD

The DSA Education for Life Award honors direct selling companies that have invested in salesforce education and training programs that build life skills in individuals.

CRITERIA:
The judges will consider programs that go beyond sales and training and truly invest people with life skills. Applicants must address the following questions in their submissions:

  1. What life skill(s) does your program promote? What is the objective of your educational program and how do you support that objective?
  2. In addition to educating individuals in specific business skills for your company, how are life skills integrated into your program?
  3. How many individuals does your program reach? How long does it take each individual to complete the program? What new skills and understandings will each individual master as a result of the program?
  4. Provide at least two examples of individuals who have benefitted from the program. Include either a written or video testimonial describing their involvement and outcome.
  5. How does your educational program support your business?
  6. How do you know you've accomplished your objective? How do you evaluate the results? Provide examples.
