Cancellation and Other Policies:

Cancellation requests must be emailed to Lindsay Marquardt at lmarquardt@dsa.org. A $50 fee will be deducted for all registration cancellations received on or before August 8, 2012. A 50% fee will be deducted for all registration cancellations received between August 9 and August 22, 2012. No refunds will be given after August 22.

Registrations are transferable to another delegate within your company for a $50 fee; there is no carryover to any subsequent DSA Conference. Substitution requests must be emailed to Lindsay Marquardt at lmarquardt@dsa.org.
