Cancellation and Other Policies:

Cancellation requests must be emailed to Lindsay Marquardt at lmarquardt@dsa.org. A $50 fee will be deducted for all registration cancellations received on or before February 13, 2013. No refunds will be given after this date.

Registrations are transferable to another delegate within your company for a $50 fee; there is no carryover to any subsequent DSA Conference. Substitution requests must be emailed to Lindsay Marquardt at lmarquardt@dsa.org.

General Hotel Information:

Hotel reservations are the responsibility of the individual delegate. Reservations can be made by contacting the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel directly at 888-332-0160.

Identify yourself as being with the DSA for a special rate of $279 per night for single occupancy.

DSA's block of rooms will be released to the public on Monday, January 28. Reservations at the group rate cannot be guaranteed after that date. Rooms will be given out on a first come, first served basis. Please make your reservations ASAP.
