Cancellation and Other Policies:

A $50 charge will be deducted for all registration cancellations. To receive a refund, cancellations must be in writing and received by June 15th. NO refunds will be made after that date. Registration fees are transferable to another delegate within your company; there is no carryover to any subsequent DSA Conference. If a substitution takes place, please contact Angela Zaragoza at DSA at azaragoza@dsa.org.

General Hotel Information:

Hotel reservations are the responsibility of the individual delegate. Reservations can be made by contacting The Westin Washington, DC City Center directly at 202-429-1700. Identify yourself as being with DSA for a special rate of $169 per night. DSA’s block of rooms will be released to the public on June 15, 2007. Reservations can't be guaranteed thru this date so please make your reservations as soon as possible.
