Cancellation and Other Policies:
A $50 charge will be deducted for all registration cancellations. To receive a refund, cancellations must be in writing and received by June 30th. NO refunds will be made after that date. Registration fees are transferable to another delegate within your company; there is no carryover to any subsequent DSA Conference. If a substitution takes place, please contact Trish Smith at DSA at tsmith@dsa.org.
General Hotel Information:
Hotel reservations are the responsibility of the individual delegate. Reservations can be made by contacting The St. Regis Washington, DC directly at 202- 638-2626. Identify yourself as being with DSA for a special rate of $199 per night. DSA's block of rooms will be released to the public on June 22, 2009. Reservations can't be guaranteed thru this date so please make your reservations as soon as possible.
