Cancellation and Other Policies:

Cancellation requests must be emailed to ecampbell@dsa.org. A $50 charge will be deducted for all registration cancellations received on or before September 9, 2020. A 50% charge will be deducted for all registration cancellations received between September 9 and September 23, 2020. No refunds will be made after September 23, 2020.
Registrations are transferable to another delegate within your company for a $50 fee; there is no carryover to any subsequent DSA Conference. Substitution requests must be emailed to ecampbell@dsa.org. To be included in the Attendee List, registration and substitutions must be made prior to September 23, 2020. Changes and cancellations made after September 23 will not be reflected in the pre-meeting Attendee List.
