Cancellation and Other PoliciesCancellation requests must be emailed to Lindsay Marquardt at firstname.lastname@example.org. A $50 fee will be deducted for all registration cancellations received on or before November 5,2013. A 50% fee will be deducted for all registration cancellations received between November 5 and November 19, 2012. No refunds will be made after November 19, 2012.
Registrations are transferable to another delegate within your company for a $50 fee; there is no carryover to any subsequent DSA Conference. Substitution requests must be emailed to Lindsay Marquardt at email@example.com.
To be included in the Attendee List, registration and substitutions must be made prior to November 5,2012. Changes and cancellations made after November 5 will not be reflected in the pre-meeting Attendee List.
By registering for this or any other DSA seminar, meeting or event where a photographer is present, you, the attendee, give DSA permission to use your picture in future promotional materials or other printed pieces.
Hotel reservations are the responsibility of the individual delegate. Reservations can be made by contacting the Renaissance Washington, D.C., Downtown Hotel at 1-800-HOTELS-1 or online here. Identify yourself as being with DSA for a special rate of $185. DSA's block of rooms will be released to the public on November 13, 2013, at 6 PM EST. Reservations cannot be guaranteed after this date. Rooms will be given out on a first-come first-served basis. Please reserve your room ASAP.
