March 9, 2022

Enhancing consumer protections, discussing industry best practices, and gaining engagement efficiently are on the agenda

(WASHINGTON D.C.) – On March 11, 2022, the Direct Selling Association (DSA) launches its first Social Media Day.

Social media experts and direct selling company executives will discuss the present and future of social media and its importance to the industry during DSA’s first Social Media Day on March 11.

Held during National Consumer Protection Week, a central focus of the event is raising the stakes for companies and independent contractors who sell online by ensuring social media etiquette standards adhere to enhanced consumer protections.

During the virtual event, attendees will share best practices of harnessing the power of social media to increase reach, engagement, sales, and growth.

The event is moderated by Scott Kramer, social media thought leader and the CEO of Multibrain. The program will cover the social media megatrends of 2022.

Featured speakers are Facebook marketing expert Mari Smith, known as “The Queen of Facebook,” Frazer Brooks, the Network Marketing Ninja, and Chris Brogan, a New York Times best-selling author and social media speaker.

Social Media Day participants may sign up for a complimentary social media audit of their brand's social channels.

The event is open to DSA member organizations and their employees. Register at socialmediaday.dsa.org.
