Cancellation and Other Policies:

Cancellation requests must be emailed to Indira Fuller-Bey at ifuller@dsa.org. A $75 charge will be deducted for all registration cancellations received on or before May 4, 2015. A 50% charge will be deducted for all registration cancellations received between May 5 and May 19, 2015. No refunds will be made after May 19, 2015.

Registrations are transferable to another delegate within your company for a $50 fee; there is no carryover to any subsequent DSA Conference. Substitution requests must be emailed to Indira at ifuller@dsa.org

To be included in the Attendee List, registration and substitutions must be made prior to May 5, 2014. Changes and cancellations made after May 5th will not be reflected in the pre-meeting Attendee List.

By registering for this or any other DSA seminar, meeting or event where a photographer is present, you, the attendee, give DSA permission to use your picture in future promotional materials or other printed pieces.

Hotel reservations are the responsibility of the individual delegate. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel directly at (866) 882-4420.

Identify yourself as being with DSA for a special rate of $229.00 per night for single or double occupancy.

DSA's block of rooms will be released to the public on Thursday May 7, 2015. Reservations at the group rate cannot be guaranteed after this date. Rooms will be given out on a first come, first served basis. Please make your reservations ASAP.
