Cancellation and Other Policies:

Cancellation requests must be emailed to Lindsay Marquardt at lmarquardt@dsa.org. A $50 fee will be deducted for all registration cancellations received on or before January 8, 2018. No refunds will be given after this date.

By registering for this or any other DSA seminar, meeting or event where a photographer is present, you, the attendee, give DSA permission to use your picture in future promotional materials or other printed pieces.

Hotel reservations are the responsibility of the individual delegate. Reservations can be made by contacting The Ritz-Carlton directly at (800) 542-8680. Identify yourself as being with the DSA General Counsel Retreat at the Group Rate of $289 a night plus applicable resort fee, state, and local taxes.

DSA's block of rooms will be released to the public on Monday, January 8, 2018. Reservations at the group rate cannot be guaranteed after that date. Rooms will be given out on a first come, first served basis. Please make your reservations ASAP.
