Cancellation requests must be emailed to meetings@dsa.org by XXX. A $50 fee will be deducted for all registration cancellations received on or before XXX. A 50% fee will be deducted for all registration cancellations received between XXX and XXX. No refunds will be given after XXX.Registrations are transferable to another delegate within your company for a $50 fee; there is no carryover to any subsequent DSA Conference. Substitution requests must be emailed to meetings@dsa.org
To be included in the Attendee List, registration and substitutions must be made prior to XXX. Changes and cancellations made after XXX will not be reflected in the pre-meeting Attendee List.
By registering for this or any other DSA seminar, meeting or event where a photographer is present, you, the attendee, give DSA permission to use your picture in future promotional materials or other printed pieces.
