Hotel reservations are the responsibility of the individual delegate. Reservations can be made by contacting the Mandarin Oriental at 702-590-8881. Identify yourself as being with DSA for a number of special rates. The room regular rate is $189.00 per night with upgrade to Cityscape King $209.00, Stripview King $259.00, or Premier King $319.00. There is also a $32.00 Resort Fee for each room.
The hotel in-house room reservations is available Monday – Friday from 8am–7pm (PST) and Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 9am–5pm (PST). In-house room reservations can be reached directly at (702) 590-8881. Please note that if you call outside of the listed hours of operation or if agents are on a call, you will be directed to the central reservations. Central reservations DOES NOT have access to group rates being offered by the hotel so you need to contact the in-house reservation again.
DSA's block of rooms will be released to the public on October 30, 2016, at 5 PM EST. Reservations cannot be guaranteed after this date. Rooms will be given out on a first come basis. Please reserve your room ASAP.
Cancellation and Other Policies
Cancellation requests must be emailed to Leonor Clomera at lclomera@dsa.org. A 50% fee will be deducted for all registration cancellations received between October 31 and November 14, 2016. No refunds will be made after November 14, 2016.Registrations are transferable to another delegate within your company for a $50 fee; there is no carryover to any subsequent DSA conference. Substitution requests must be emailed to Leonor Clomera at lclomera@dsa.org.
Changes and cancellations made after October 30 will not be reflected in the pre-meeting Attendee List.
By registering for this or any other DSA seminar, meeting or event where a photographer is present, you the attendee give DSA permission to use your picture in future promotional materials or other printed pieces.

The only secure method of reserving accommodations for the 2016 Communications & Marketing Conference at the negotiated rate is through contacting the Mandarin Oriental Hotel’s in-house room reservations telephone line at 702-590-8881.
Please be aware that most telemarketing firms do not include this in their quotes. All phone calls and correspondence received from firms like Exhibition Housing, Global Housing Services Corporation and National Travel Associates should be ignored and reported immediately to Direct Selling Association.
