Reservations are the responsibility of the individual delegate. Make your reservations here. Identify yourself as being with DSA for a special rate of $189.00/night. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come basis, so be sure to reserve yours ASAP.
Cancellation and Other Policies
Cancellation requests must be emailed to meetings@dsa.org. A $50 fee will be deducted for all registration cancellations received on or before February 1, 2016. A 50% fee will be deducted for all registration cancellations received between February 2 and February 16, 2016. No refunds will be made after February 16, 2016.Registrations are transferable to another delegate within your company for a $50 fee; there is no carryover to any subsequent DSA Conference. Substitution requests must be emailed to meetings@dsa.org .
To be included in the Attendee List, registration and substitutions must be made prior to February 15. Changes and cancellations made after February 15 will not be reflected in the pre-meeting Attendee List.
