In 2018, she joined the Board of Directors of Bush Brothers & Company based in Knoxville, Tennessee. An active community volunteer, she currently serves on the boards of the Dallas Chapter of the International Women’s Forum and the SMU Texas-Mexico Institute. In 2021 Deborah joined the Board for the Direct Selling Association. She is a member of various civic and professional organizations including the Dallas Assembly and the National Association of Corporate Directors.
