Dave Grimaldi is President and CEO of the Direct Selling Association, where he leads advocacy efforts on behalf of direct selling companies and the independent sellers they support. He is focused on advancing fair, evidence-based policy and helping policymakers understand how modern direct selling operates, including the flexibility it provides for individuals to build businesses on their own terms.
Before joining DSA, Dave held senior advocacy roles at the Blockchain Association, the Interactive Advertising Bureau, and Pandora, and previously served on Capitol Hill and at the Federal Communications Commission. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Loyola Marymount University and a J.D. from The Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law.
John Webb provides leadership in various areas, including legal issues, business ethics, and state and federal legislative and regulatory matters.
Before joining DSA, he served on the leadership team of a successful congressional campaign.
Then, he served as a professional staffer for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, DC, as an advisor, identifying and coordinating legislative initiatives and managing committee activities.
John also served as Director of Washington Operations for a defense contractor, where he headed up their DC Office, and as Associate General Counsel and Director of Government Relations for a trade association representing the commercial laboratory testing industry.
Lee Lonsberry leads government relations for the Direct Selling Association, advancing the association's advocacy before Congress, federal agencies, and state policymakers. He works with member companies, coalition partners, and policymakers to promote informed public policy that protects independent entrepreneurship and strengthens the direct selling channel.
Before joining DSA, Lee served as chief of staff to U.S. Representative Burgess Owens (UT-4), where he led the congressman's office, helped secure passage of key legislation, and supported his appointment as Vice Chair of the House Committee on Education and the Workforce. His career spans more than two decades in public policy, strategic communications, and journalism, including senior communications roles in the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate, as well as years as a Utah talk radio host.
Calissa Gordon coordinates all member activities and events for the Direct Selling Association.
Before joining DSA, Calissa worked at the National Apartment Association.
Calissa Gordon holds a Television, Film & Media degree from San Diego State University.
Brad Reichard is a strategic advisor for communications and operations, working with associations and mission-driven organizations on issues at the intersection of policy, governance, and public trust.
He brings more than 30 years of experience shaping communications that surround public affairs and government relations, supporting executive teams and boards as they navigate stakeholder expectations and decision-making under scrutiny.
His work focuses on building clear priorities and credible narratives that hold up across policy, media, and public-facing environments. Brad currently serves as a strategic advisor to the Direct Selling Association.
