Cancellation and Other Policies:

Cancellation requests must be emailed to lclomera@dsa.org. A $75 charge will be deducted for all registration cancellations received on or before April 25,2016. A 50% charge will be deducted for all registration cancellations received between April 26 and May 10, 2016. No refunds will be made after May 10, 2016.

Registrations are transferable to another delegate within your company for a $50.00 fee; there is no carryover to any subsequent DSA Conference. Substitution requests must be emailed to lclomera@dsa.org.

To be included in the Attendee List, registration and substitutions must be made prior to May 10, 2016. Changes and cancellations made after May 10 will not be reflected in the pre-meeting Attendee List.

All participants in the 2016 Annual Meeting will be provided a name badge with their photo on it at the DSA registration desk. By providing a photo to us prior to the meeting not only will there be a better quality photo on the name badge but a significant amount of time will be saved not waiting for the badge to be printed.

Professional headshots are preferred if at all possible, color not black and white, ideally print-quality JPGs at least 2x2” (do not crop the photo before you send it, I will do that if necessary), 300 dpi quality. If a professional shot is unavailable, I still welcome other photographs. If you are not sure if your image fits our specifications, please email it to me and I will let you know if the image is usable.

Identify yourself as being with DSA for a special rate of $229.00 per night for single or double occupancy.

DSA's block of rooms will be released to the public on Thursday May 12, 2016. Reservations at the group rate cannot be guaranteed after this date. Rooms will be given out on a first come, first served basis. Please make your reservations ASAP.
