There will be a conference call to discuss the latest developments concerning the Revised Proposed Business Opportunity Rule on Tuesday, April 28 at 2:30PM. As you may know, yesterday, April 21, the Federal Trade Commission gave notice of a workshop to be held regarding the Proposed Business Opportunity Rule. The workshop will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m on June 1, 2009 in Washington, DC. The primary focus will be on the proposed one-page Business Opportunities Disclosure Form which is designed to convey material information to prospective. The Commission recently released a report to test and redesign the one-page disclosure to make it more useful to the public.
