Cancellation and Other Policies:

Cancellation requests must be emailed to Ryan Kennedy at rkennedy@dsa.org. A $50 fee will be deducted for all registration cancellations received on or before February 5, 2016. No refunds will be given after this date.

By registering for this or any other DSA seminar, meeting or event where a photographer is present, you, the attendee, give DSA permission to use your picture in future promotional materials or other printed pieces.

General Hotel Information:

Hotel reservations are the responsibility of the individual delegate. Reservations can be made with the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel http://www.loewshotels.com/santa-monica/dsa-2016-general-counsel-retreat.
Identify yourself as being with the DSA for a special rate of $299 per night for single occupancy.

DSA's block of rooms will be released to the public on Monday, January 18. Reservations at the group rate cannot be guaranteed after that date. Rooms will be given out on a first come, first served basis. Please make your reservations ASAP.
