The Direct Selling Compliance Professional Certification Program (DSCP-CP) will offer professionals in the direct selling community an opportunity to gain certification based on a demonstrated understanding of key legal and regulatory compliance issues. The DSCP Certification will help individuals develop and/or bolster compliance and risk mitigation strategies to assist their companies. The Certification will further equip individuals with an understanding of compliance issues and insights valuable to direct selling businesses.
DSCP Certification Program Benefits
• Teaches the necessary tools to implement effective compliance policies by
describing key aspects of adequate training, monitoring and enforcement
activities for direct selling businesses
• Provides the direct selling community with comprehensive training to implement
best practices based on applicable laws and regulations and current precedent
and guidance
• Ensures direct selling professionals gain a thorough understanding of compliance
to key regulatory and self-regulatory entities
• Equips individuals with the requisite knowledge of compliance and regulatory
issues to create a successful direct selling compliance program
Geared toward legal and compliance team members, the DSCP Certification
Program will also provide C-Suite executives, sales and marketing professionals
with the background needed for their corporate roles. The Certification Program
is a three-day webinar series that gives industry leaders the knowledge to
demonstrate a commitment to ethical business practices across an organization’s
sales, marketing, legal, and operations functional areas.
The DSCP Certification Program will launch on April 19, 2022, from 1:00 -
4:00 PM ET with three subsequent session on April 21, 26, and 28,
which all will be held between 1:00 - 4:00 PM ET.

Cancellation and Other Policies:
Cancellation requests must be emailed to ecampbell@dsa.org. A $50 charge will be deducted for all registration cancellations received on or before March 21, 2022. A 50% charge will be deducted for all registration cancellations received between March 22 and April 4, 2022. No refunds will be made after April 5, 2022.Registrations are transferable to another delegate within your company for a $50 fee; there is no carryover to any subsequent DSA Conference. Substitution requests must be emailed to ecampbell@dsa.org. To be included in the Attendee List, registration and substitutions must be made prior to September 23, 2021. Changes and cancellations made after September 23 will not be reflected in the pre-meeting Attendee List.
By registering for this or any other DSA seminar, meeting or event where a photographer is present, you, the attendee, give DSA permission to use your image in future promotional materials or other printed pieces. You are also aware that your image could be filmed and broadcast using a live streaming platform by DSA or a third party.
