Cancellation and Other Policies:

Cancellation requests must be emailed to meetings@dsa.org. A $75 charge will be deducted for all registration cancellations received on or before May 14, 2023. A 50% charge will be deducted for all registration cancellations received between May 15 and May 29, 2023. No refunds will be made after May 30, 2023.

Registrations are transferable to another delegate within your company for a $50.00 fee; there is no carryover to any subsequent DSA Conference. Substitution requests must be emailed to meetings@dsa.org.

To be included in the Attendee List, registration and substitutions must be made prior to June 6, 2023. Changes and cancellations made after June 6 will not be reflected in the pre-meeting Attendee List.

Identify yourself as being with DSA for a special rate of $259 per night for single or double occupancy.

Reservations at the group rate cannot be guaranteed after this date May 23rd, 2023. Rooms will be given out on a first come, first served basis. Please make your reservations ASAP.
