Cancellation and Other Policies:

Cancellation requests must be emailed to meetings@dsa.org. A $75 charge will be deducted for all registration cancellations received on or before Friday, December 15, 2023. A 50% charge will be deducted for all registration cancellations received between Saturday, December 16, and Friday, December 29, 2023. No refunds will be made as of December 30, 2023.

Registrations are transferable to another delegate within your company for a $50.00 fee; there is no carryover to any subsequent DSA Conference of Summit event. Substitution requests must be emailed to meetings@dsa.org.

To be included in the Attendee List, registration and substitutions must be made by Friday, January 5, 2024. Changes and cancellations made on Saturday, January 6 or later will not be reflected in the pre-meeting Attendee List.

If payment is not received within 4 business days, your registration will be canceled.
