DSA Suppliers must pledge to abide by the Supplier Responsibility Code and be approved by our Board of Directors.

Types of Supplier Affiliations

Supplier companies approved for Supplier affiliation by our Board of Directors may opt for a variety of partnership levels to unlock new opportunities for engagement.



  • The cost for basic Supplier affiliation is $5,000 for each calendar year. The supplier fee is non-refundable and non-transferable after acceptance of the Supplier application. The Supplier fee is deductible by DSA Suppliers as an ordinary and necessary business expense to the extent allowed by law. Federal legislation provides that the portion of dues used for representing your views to government individuals and agencies is not tax deductible.


  • Companies must complete an application and submit full payment before their Supplier status can be reviewed.
  • Completed applications are forwarded to our Board of Directors for approval at a regularly scheduled meeting. Applications must be received at least four weeks prior to the next board meeting date to be presented at that time. A company will be considered a pending supplier until the Board of Directors approves the application.
  • You need a username and password to apply. NOTE: The person completing the application will be designated as the company's primary contact and will be the individual programmed to receive all DSA communications.



DSA Supplier renewals begin each fall. Companies' status as a Supplier Partner must be current to be eligible for a booth at any DSA event.
