Renew Today!

Thank you for making the decision to renew for the 2025 year. We look forward to continuing to serve you.

We encourage you to review your member benefits and reach out to DSA staff if you have any questions.

Please note the deadline to pledge is February 15, 2025. The deadline for payment is March 15, 2025.

For more information regarding the renewal process, contact Nancy Burke at nburke@dsa.org.

As you begin the renewal process, make sure you have the following information and documents prepared:

  • The Code of Ethics. Review the Code of Ethics to ensure your company’s operations are up to date with DSA’s membership requirements. Your company will need to confirm and provide information to demonstrate your compliance with the publication, 90% buyback and cooling off provisions.
  • Your Code Responsibility Officer. You will need to provide the name and contact information for your Code Responsibility Officer, who works directly with the DSA Code Administrator to resolve any Code complaints.  Review your staff roster to check who is currently listed as your company CRO.
  • Details of Recent Legal/Regulatory Actions. Within the last five years if there has been any legal or regulatory actions taken against your company (including parent and subsidiary companies and/or their principals) that involve allegations of fraud, unfair or deceptive trade practices regarding your direct selling practices, recruiting practices, products or services, please have the details of the current status of these actions prepared.
  • DSA's Partner Club is your total access pass to the best of DSA's benefits and services. Enjoy complimentary meeting registrations, discounts on research reports and publications, VIP treatment at DSA's Annual Meeting and much more. Sign your company up for the Partner Club now to enjoy a full year of savings and benefits. Click here to learn more about the Partner Club.
  • Your Net Sales Number. Net sales, which is your company’s domestic direct sales revenue less commissions, refunds, etc. are used to calculate your dues. DSA encourages you to review calculations with your CFO or accounting executives before you begin the renewal application. A calculator is available on the form.
  • Your Dues Certification. Attach a scanned document of your company's certification for 2025 membership dues amount, signed by a senior in-house official (CEO, COO, CFO, Attorney or Accountant) or an independent CPA or auditor.
  • Credit Card Surcharge. A surcharge is assessed on the transaction amount for all credit card payments. If you are NOT paying by credit card, please contact Calissa Gordon, Membership and Meetings Coordinator.
