Direct Selling Association Announces First Round of Award Recipients at DSA ENGAGE 2024

Product Innovation, Sales and Marketing, and Vision for Tomorrow Accomplishments, Recognized by Direct Selling Association  for Advancing Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Community

The U.S. Direct Selling Association (DSA), the national trade association for companies that offer entrepreneurial opportunities to independent sellers who market who choose to sell products and services directly to customers, has announced the industry’s 2024 DSA Awards recipients for marketing and sales, product innovation, and community involvement.

“Direct selling companies uplift the spirit of entrepreneurship through their work. We are honored to witness the remarkable achievements and unwavering dedication of our member companies in this first round of awards for 2024,” said Joseph N. Mariano, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. Direct Selling Association (DSA). “Together, we applaud our first round of 2024 winners and recognize them for all they have done for their independent contractors and their businesses this past year.”

“Innovative and responsible practices in these important aspects of our businesses are vital to the continued success of our companies as they serve the needs of their salespeople, customers, and the public,” said Mariano.

DSA Awards

The 2024 DSA Awards category winners are:

  • Marketing and Sales Campaigns for an initiative that demonstrates excellence, creativity, and innovation in effective outreach to key audiences: Herbalife for HERBALIFE V and YOUNG LIVING FOR YOUNG LIVING MAKE A SHIFT
  • Product Innovation that creates a new standard of excellence and innovation: jBloom for PERMALINX BY JBLOOM and Nu Skin for NUSKIN RENUSPA IO
  • Vision for Tomorrow for a project or program that made an impact beyond the bottom line: Plexus for Plexus’ NOURISH ONE INITIATIVE and SOMNVIE for SOMNVIE SHARE THE COMFORT

The DSA Part Two Award Recipients for Technology, Business Excellence, and Partnership will be announced at the DSA ENGAGE Technology and Operations Conference in June 2024.


For more than a century, the U.S. Direct Selling Association (DSA) has served as the national trade association for companies that offer entrepreneurial opportunities to independent sellers to market and sell products and services, typically outside of a fixed retail establishment. In 2022, direct selling took place across the United States, generating $40.5 billion in retail sales and 6.7 million entrepreneurs in the U.S. sold products or services through the direct selling channel, providing a personalized buying experience for 41 million customers.
