Cancellation and Other Policies:

Cancellation requests must be emailed to lclomera@dsa.org. A $50 fee will be deducted for all registration cancellations received on or before February 21, 2017. A 50% fee will be deducted for all registration cancellations received between February 22 and March 21, 2017. No refunds will be made after March 21, 2017.

Registrations are transferable to another delegate within your company for a $50 fee; there is no carryover to any subsequent DSA Conference. Substitution requests must be emailed to lclomera@dsa.org .

To be included in the Attendee List, registration and substitutions must be made prior to March 15. Changes and cancellations made after March 15 will not be reflected in the pre-meeting Attendee List.

Identify yourself as being with DSA for a special rate of $159.00 per night for standard guest room occupancy.

DSA's block of rooms will be released to the public by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 13, 2017. Reservations at the group rate cannot be guaranteed after this date. Rooms will be given out on a first come, first served basis. Please make your reservations ASAP.
